Kick off the weekend from 6 PM to 8 PM with our Welcome Open House and Registration. Arrive, check in, and settle into the space while enjoying drinks and hearty appetizers. This relaxed evening is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow attendees, start connecting with inspiring women in the group, and set the tone for an unforgettable retreat experience.
DAY ONE
Day 1 at the Boathouse Ballroom focuses on leadership, identity, and stepping confidently into your role as a founder or provider. The day kicks off with breakfast and registration, followed by keynotes, workshops, and panels on topics like leading without permission, life-first business models, the provider-to-CEO shift, and clinical innovation.
You’ll have opportunities for table breakouts, Q&A, and networking, with time to reflect and connect with fellow attendees. The day concludes with closing insights from Kaeli Lindholm and an intimate evening faculty dinner for continued conversation and relationship building.
Day 2 at the Boathouse Ballroom
is all about strategy, personal wealth, and scaling your business. The day begins with breakfast and an opening from Kaeli Lindholm, followed by panels and workshops on confident money mindset, building your personal wealth portfolio, operational excellence, and next-level growth strategies.
You’ll engage in interactive sessions, hear from industry leaders, and gain actionable insights to strengthen both your financial and business strategies. The day concludes with closing reflections on the future of the aesthetics and wellness industry, with an evening Academy member dinner for continued connection and conversation.
