The moment everything changed
I spent a decade in corporate America building and leading teams before becoming a managing director partner for a multi-disciplinary aesthetic institute. I didn't come to this work from the sidelines. I've lived it.
And I've experienced firsthand what so many ambitious women face: leadership becoming the ceiling.
We bottleneck progress because we hold an incredibly high standard of excellence for everything we do. We care deeply about our teams and want to help. We can do things faster ourselves rather than take the time to delegate, train, iterate, and mentor. And we struggle to let go of control for all of these reasons.
I built a multi-million dollar coaching practice, and I hit the same walls. That's when I realized the problem wasn't us. The problem was that we were operating inside a framework that was never built for the demands of a female founder in today's world.
