Shannon Sanchez is the Director of Client Experience at KLC Leadership Advisory, where she leads client experience and operational coordination to ensure every client journey reflects KLC’s standards of excellence, connection, and transformational support. Since joining KLC in 2021 as an Executive Business Coordinator, Shannon has been an integral part of the company’s growth and evolution, helping strengthen the systems, communication, and high-touch experience KLC is known for today.

Known for her thoughtful communication, ability to create clarity across moving pieces, and deeply supportive approach, Shannon is a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. She is often recognized for the care, consistency, and operational excellence she brings to every interaction, with clients frequently expressing a desire to find “a Shannon” within their own organizations. Shannon oversees the client experience from onboarding through renewals and ongoing support while partnering closely with leadership to help ensure a seamless, thoughtful experience across programs, events, and day-to-day client touchpoints.
