What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Challenges
Lack of structure around staff duties and team expectations
Gaps in marketing/social media presence and industry positioning
Imposter syndrome holding back thought leadership visibility
Needed scalable systems to support rapid patient growth
Solutions
When Lauren first came to KLC, she was working six days a week and carrying the full weight of operations on her shoulders. With KLC’s guidance, OmniaPiel built the foundation it needed to grow: standard operating procedures, an employee onboarding package, and clear benchmarks for staff performance.
01
Building Team Alignment
With clear staff duties and defined quarterly goals, Lauren could confidently delegate and step out of daily chaos. This structure gave her team of eight the tools to thrive across two locations.
02
Developing Offers & Revenue Streams
OmniaPiel launched exclusive memberships, proprietary bundles, and a pricing strategy aligned with value. “Kaeli was really tough on us about promotions, and it has served us so well,” Lauren says.
03
Coaching Leadership Confidence
Through KLC’s guidance, Lauren worked past imposter syndrome and stepped fully into her CEO role. “Kaeli and I really aligned in finding and owning my fierceness and I needed that confidence boost in my practice. We have seen an enormous amount of growth.”
What happens when a skilled injector realizes talent alone isn’t enough to scale?
Lauren Timpe, RN, BSN, CCRN, launched OmniaPiel Facial Aesthetics in 2017 with her husband, Dr. Jorge Castellanos. What began as a concierge aesthetic service quickly grew into a thriving brick-and-mortar practice — and within a few years, a second location.
But growth came at a cost. By 2020, Lauren was working six days a week, balancing the roles of injector, owner, and operator. Without systems or support, she couldn’t step out of daily service delivery long enough to plan for the future.
“We wanted to get uncomfortable. Kaeli’s expertise in the aesthetic industry was exactly what we needed to unearth patterns that were holding us back,” Lauren says. Lauren joined KLC’s Confidence to Scale program, continued on to the POP Aesthetic Leadership Academy, and worked privately with Kaeli. Together, they installed scalable systems, clarified team roles, and implemented new revenue streams like memberships and proprietary bundles.

With the right strategy, structure, and support, Lauren moved past imposter syndrome and gained the confidence to lead as a CEO. Today, Lauren is recognized as a master injector, has been invited to train with Allergan’s AMI faculty, and leads OmniaPiel with the clarity and confidence of a true CEO.
“Kaeli was really tough on us about [promotions] and it has served us so well. She has everything broken down from a numbers perspective and from an algorithmic perspective.”

With KLC’s guidance, Lauren went from carrying the entire practice to leading with systems, structure, and confidence. Her leadership shift freed her to delegate effectively, elevate her team, and position OmniaPiel as a brand with influence beyond its two Southern California locations.
