Introducing
THE KLC ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
An Exclusive, Invitation-Only Experience for KLC ABS Graduates
Your education was the beginning. What you build from it is your legacy.
You've invested in your education, expanded your perspective, and developed the skills to lead your business with greater intention.
Now comes the work of putting that education into practice, consistently.
Introducing the KLC Alumni Association, an invitation-only professional community designed exclusively for graduates of qualifying KLC educational programs who are committed to continued implementation, meaningful connection, and long-term business excellence.
Because exceptional leadership isn't developed in a single program. It's strengthened through the decisions you make, the standards you maintain, and the company you keep.
Exclusively available to eligible KLC ABS graduates.
Your next chapter starts here
The real transformation happens in how you lead after the education ends.
There's a moment in every entrepreneur's journey when you realize that having the knowledge and consistently applying it are two very different things.
You know what a more profitable business requires.
You understand the importance of strong systems, capable teams, disciplined financial decisions, and intentional leadership.
But knowing what to do is only the beginning.
The real work happens on an ordinary weekday when your schedule is full, your team needs direction, and the decisions competing for your attention seem endless.
That's when your standards are tested.
That's when your education becomes your operating philosophy.
And that's exactly why we created the KLC Alumni Association.
To help you close the gap between what you've learned and how you lead.
Not with another overwhelming curriculum or a longer list of things to accomplish.
But with the right environment, continued accountability, meaningful professional relationships, and opportunities to keep strengthening the foundation you've already built.
THE ALUMNI EXPERIENCE
Because exceptional CEOs never stop developing themselves.
Your membership is intentionally designed to help you remain engaged, connected, and committed to the next level of your leadership.
01 / Implementation-Focused Group Coaching
The most valuable education is the education you actually use.
Continue strengthening your leadership and business practices through ongoing group coaching conversations focused on real-world implementation, accountability, and the decisions that move your business forward.
02 / Your Foundational Education, Always Within Reach
Great leaders revisit the fundamentals.
Maintain access to your foundational ABS educational materials so you can return to the principles, lessons, and insights that helped elevate your approach to business.
Because mastery doesn't come from hearing something once. It comes from putting it into practice until it becomes second nature.
03 / Continuing Education That Keeps You Thinking Forward
Your industry isn't standing still. Neither should your perspective.
Participate in select continuing-education workshops and expert-led conversations designed to introduce fresh insights, strengthen your business acumen, and keep you engaged in the conversations shaping the future of aesthetics and wellness.
04 / Proximity to Women Who Understand the Assignment
There is something extraordinary about being surrounded by women who refuse to settle for a business that looks successful but doesn't feel successful.
Women who are building wealth, developing teams, creating impact, and redefining what entrepreneurship can look like on their terms.
The KLC Alumni Association keeps you connected to a community that understands your ambition and shares your commitment to building something meaningful.
05 / Tools That Turn Intention Into Action
Because information alone doesn't create transformation. Implementation does.
Access a curated collection of KLC resources and implementation tools designed to support better decisions, reinforce foundational business practices, and help you move from ideas to execution.
06 / Exclusive Alumni Privileges
Your relationship with KLC doesn't end when your program does.
Enjoy preferred access and pricing for select KLC experiences, educational opportunities, and events, along with privileges reserved for members of our alumni community.
07 / Opportunities to Represent the KLC Community
As a member, you may be eligible for consideration for the KLC Ambassador Program, an opportunity to deepen your involvement and contribute to the continued advancement of women in aesthetics and wellness.
INTRODUCING THE ALUMNI BUSINESS REVIEW
Let's make sure your growth is as intentional as your ambition.
I believe one of our greatest responsibilities as business owners is to regularly evaluate whether the way we're operating supports the future we're working toward. Not just what we're accomplishing, but how we're accomplishing it. That's why the Alumni Business Review is a defining part of your membership experience.
WHEN YOU JOIN / Establish Your Starting Point
We'll take a thoughtful look at your current business and leadership position, the foundational principles you're working to implement, and the areas that deserve your attention.
AT SIX MONTHS / Measure What Matters
We'll revisit your original priorities, recognize the progress you've made, assess where opportunities remain, and explore the next educational steps that align with your ambitions.
Because growth should never be measured solely by how much you've accomplished.
It should also be measured by the strength of the business you're building and the quality of the life it allows you to lead.
THIS IS WHAT LIFE-FIRST LEADERSHIP LOOKS LIKE.
Success should expand your life. Not consume it.
You already know how to work hard.
You've built a business, navigated uncertainty, made sacrifices, and accomplished things that once felt impossible.
But at KLC, we're not interested in perpetuating the idea that the reward for becoming successful is simply more responsibility, more pressure, and less time for yourself.
We believe fabulous businesses should create equally fabulous opportunities for the women who lead them.
The opportunity to build meaningful wealth.
To develop a team that doesn't depend on your constant intervention.
To make an impact that extends beyond your treatment rooms.
And to have the freedom to be fully present for the life you've worked so hard to create.
HEALTH. WEALTH. IMPACT. FREEDOM.
These aren't rewards you earn after you've reached some arbitrary revenue milestone.
They're the principles that should inform how you build your business in the first place.
And the Alumni Association is one more way to stay connected to that commitment.
THE COMPANY YOU KEEP MATTERS.
You've earned your place in this room.
Not everyone will understand the ambition it takes to build a business.
Even fewer will understand the responsibility that comes with leading one.
That's why proximity matters.
When you surround yourself with women who are intentional about their growth, serious about their leadership, and unwilling to compromise the lives they're building, something shifts.
Your conversations become more meaningful.
Your perspective expands.
Your standards rise.
And you begin to recognize that the next level of success isn't always about doing more.
Sometimes, it's about becoming more disciplined in what matters.
This is more than staying in touch after graduation.
It's about continuing to surround yourself with the caliber of women you want to grow alongside.

WHO BELONGS HERE?
For the woman who knows graduation was never the finish line.
You've already made a meaningful investment in your development.
You've expanded your understanding of what it means to lead a successful business.
And you're not interested in returning to the habits, limitations, or expectations you've worked so hard to move beyond.
You want to apply what you've learned.
You want to continue surrounding yourself with ambitious, thoughtful women.
You want access to conversations and resources that keep you engaged in your development.
And you want to keep building a business that reflects the woman you're becoming, not simply the entrepreneur you used to be.
If that sounds like you, this invitation was made with you in mind.
