Most notably, Alana has spent the last five years operating at the enterprise level as a District Manager overseeing ten med spa locations across the Western United States. In that role, she led clinic directors and practice managers, drove multi-site performance, strengthened operational infrastructure, and implemented scalable systems designed to sustain growth beyond any one founder.
She understands firsthand what it takes to transform a founder-led practice into an operationally excellent organization built on leadership depth, accountability, and repeatable systems.
Alana began her career in the treatment room as a licensed medical aesthetician, grounding her leadership in clinical credibility and real-world industry experience. She later spent seven years as a Clinical Training Specialist in capital equipment sales, partnering with physicians and providers to support technology adoption, elevate clinical performance, and drive revenue growth within practices.
Her unique perspective, spanning provider, corporate trainer, and enterprise operator gives her a rare ability to bridge strategy and execution. She is an expert in developing practice managers, building leadership layers, and creating operational frameworks that allow businesses to expand without sacrificing culture or quality.
